I was using the GA-H55M-USB3 version MotherBoard with a Core i7-860 just before this. I installed this MB with the Core i7-2600k and it just rocks.
One thing to note, the SATA ports are at an angle. If you have a small case you'll need to watch out for that. I am also using a Cooler Master 212 cpu cooler with a Noise Blocker 120mm Cpu cooling fan. I have one for a case fan as well and I can't ever hear the thing even when rendering in Premier Pro. This combination is unbeatable for the price.
I have Virtual Box and VMware Player installed with WHS 2011 and several other virtual machines and they run just as fast as a native install on any machine I have ever had.
I am also using it as a Hackintosh with Lion Server. Works great!
I would highly recommend this product to anyone I know. No installation problems whatsoever with Windows 7 64 bit.
It runs cool and blazing fast, nothing even makes it burp. Get one, you won't have any regrets.
